Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $80 USD. For orders under $80 USD, available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.

We ship eligible Secret Hour orders to the destinations available at checkout. Orders require processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details when available. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country; these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns for intimate apparel

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and any hygiene liners or protective seals fully intact. Items showing wear, removed liners, washing, fragrance, stains, or damage outside of a verified product issue cannot be accepted for return.

To request a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending a package. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Note: promotional, final-sale, gift card, and other non-returnable items, where identified on the product page or at checkout, are not eligible for return.
