Shipping & Returns

We currently ship primarily to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Other destinations are shown at checkout.. Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you place an order. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Promotions, holidays, and order peaks may extend processing to 3–5 business days. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout after the order ships.

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT, customs-clearance fees, or other local taxes. These charges may be collected by local customs or the carrier at delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Return requests must be made within 30 days from delivery. Returned items are inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to you by law.

Panties, thongs, briefs, bodysuits, teddies, shaping bottoms, sets that include bottoms, and other items that may directly contact intimate areas are eligible only when unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, hygiene liners, protective strips, and security seals intact. Items with removed, moved, or damaged hygiene protection cannot be returned for fit, preference, or change-of-mind reasons. Please try intimate apparel over your own underwear.

Hosiery may be returned only when its packaging is unopened and the item has not been tried on, worn, washed, or damaged. Multi-piece sets must be returned complete; individual set components cannot be returned separately. Items clearly marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit for fit, preference, or change-of-mind reasons. Ordinary discounted items that are not marked final sale follow the standard return policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval. The fastest exchange option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
